James pulled me out of a pinch in a rush. I couldn’t find a trailer for about 2 days, they had the trailer I needed and I showed up a little late and James accommodated my needs. This place has all my future business, they were communicating via text and calls and everything as a great experience. Thanks James!

This is a self service location. A person was availability immediately by phone to walk me through the process and it went very efficiently. I have the app on the phone and seems like I won't even need the assist next time by phone as the process seems very straight forward. Cost of the truck was very reasonable and worked perfectly for my needs.

The manager of the facility was super helpful in helping me arrange access to my Uhaul box and helping me rent a Uhaul truck so I could very quickly and efficiently transfer the contents of the Uhaul container into the truck. The manager was also very responsive to text and phone. I really appreciated his help!
